When you start rewarding any of your employees, you will be encouraging them to give more and to have an active and positive role in your social media initiative.

Employees, when motivated and pushed, can move your business to a different level.

And at the end, think for a while, if you are spending so much time and energy on developing an online social image for your business, why don’t you encourage your employees to join the network and build a strong internal social tribe?
